Manitou signs a new corporate contract

Manitou with a new improvement agreement for working conditions signed by the top management of the company; valid until 2024, the text pays attention to company human resources, a strengthening of policies related to worker safety and to the improvement of working conditions.
The focus will be on employee training, launch of corporate welfare, improvement of health insurance, 12 hours of extraordinary leave and a maximum bonus of over 4,300 euros related to prefixed objectives; shifts of 7 hours and 15 minutes were also agreed, paid for 8 hours, and the possibility of having a meal in the company cookhouse.
