NORMA Group has successfully closed the purchase of Italian water management company Teco Srl - Professional Micro Irrigation Products.
We expect that the acquisition will contribute significantly to the growth of our strategic business unit Water Management. Samir Shah and Dr. Georg L. Kolat celebrated the closing and the start of the post-merger integration with the Teco team on site.
“The acquisition of Teco will see NORMA Group expand its water management portfolio and strengthen its market position in Europe,” said Samir Shah. “We are happy to onboard the team in Trani and to grow the European water management business together.” Teco, which is based in Trani in Puglia, has some 20 years of experience in product development and distribution of efficient irrigation solutions.
